Firestone Complete Auto Care

Firestone was amazing to work with. Our jeep renegade needed some desperate repairs - it’s our only vehicle and we’re a family with kids and we’re expecting! (So our jeep gets a ton of use and we need it to be safe.) it wasn’t safe when we brought it in and Jose at Firestone worked with us on our price and what we could afford to get our vehicle back safely on the road. They are also so speedy! Brought the jeep in this morning and we’re expected to get it back by end of day. We’ll be coming back at the end of the month for more work because our experience was just so good. Thank you!!

First time stopping here as a budding adult. This was my awesome experience . The tires I previously reserve online ended up being out of stock and were posted available due to a faulty inventory tracker on their website.. no problem i get it websites can be messy, luckily Manuel called me within minutes of my order being place and he work out a deal for the next tires i was interested and were available! Ok my own i also got the lifetime alignment for my car!(For as long as you own the car) Due note that alignment should be done every 12-15k or sooner if you off road often! So this deal pays for itself! They accommodated my schedule too as I was able to drop off my car in the morning and pick it up later that evening. As a budding mechanic too, I had just replace the shocks and struts a couple days before my tire&alignment change and sadly i miss tightening a bolt luckily, they tighten it for me during the vehicle inspection. Their vehicle inspection was very thorough as they send pics of everything wrong(i need a brake fluid change and serpentine belt). The inspections is great if you're a budding mechanic as it beats a code reader from a auto part shops to know what need

Had a great experience at Firestone. They were honest and professional. They explained everything clearly, did quality work, and got my car taken care of quickly. It’s hard to find trustworthy mechanics, but this team definitely earned my business. Highly recommend. Sunny is AWESOME!!

4/28/26 - All good and very pleased with the service! I recommend! Needed tire rotation and front-end alignment. Spencer set up an appointment for same. My vehicle was on the rack within minutes of the scheduled appointment time, services rendered and ready for pick up within promised timeframe. Spencer (front) and service technician ("10 Michael") - (who is a certified tech) were friendly, informative and excellent; shop was very clean and efficient; courtesy inspection was included at no charge - a few minor issues were brought to my attention, solution offered but no pressure to address immediately.
